What are those bikes?

Demo bikes – Each one of our showrooms has a fleet of demo bikes for riders to test-drive. Once in a while we sell them to build new ones. Demo bikes are virtually new, they have only been used for Test-Drives purposes. Bikes are thoroughly cleaned after each Test-Drive and they are always kept in as-new condition. Mileage will vary from bike to bike but very rarely exceeds 1000 kms.

Executive-driven – one of the perks of working for a bike company is that one can ride a nice bike and swap it for a new one on a regular basis. Those bikes have been ridden by Vitess staff and are kept in as-new condition at all times – this is one of the conditions of having access to one…

Benefits of buying “demo” or “executive-driven”?

- You get a virtually new bike at a significant saving,
- Your bike will be custom fitted – we won’t sell you one if we don’t think that we can fit it to you,
- Our complete Fit & Learn session is included ($395.50 value): this is the exact same process as the one we follow when custom-building a new Vitess,
- Rider Interface component swap is complementary (stem, bar, seat-post, saddle) should it be required for fitting purposes,
- All minor mechanical adjustments and tune-ups are always complementary,
- Full warranty,
- Exact same service level and Vitess VIP privileges as if the bike was purchased new,
- You have access to the same service-based optional packages as if bike was purchased new (valet service, 3-year overhaul plan, 3-year fitting plan, etc),
- You can always upgrade the wheel package for the incremental MSRP package price difference,
- You can always upgrade the rider interface for the incremental MSRP package price difference,

So, what’s the difference compared to a new bike?

- The frame-set and components might have minor scratches and surface marks,
- The frame-set paint artwork is set – the frame-set comes as painted,
- The component group is set: the bike comes as built (excluding wheels and rider interface).
