MINI RULES

In celebration of the “Health + Speed = Fun, powered by Cleveland Clinic Canada and Vitess” event taking place at Brookfield Place in Toronto, showcasing the 2012 Tour de France. No purchase necessary. Contest closes on July 22th 2012 at 11:59PM Eastern Time. Daily giveaways at Brookfield Place from July 13th until July 20th, weekdays only. Contest open to legal residents of the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan only, and who are at the age of majority or older in their province of residence, at time of entry. One (1) entry per person per day for the daily giveaways (manual ballot). One (1) entry per person for the Grand Prize (manual ballot or web entry). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Contest entrants will have to answer a skill-testing question.

CONTEST RULES

This contest is intended for participation by legal residents of the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan only, and who are at the age of majority or older in their province of residence, at time of entry. Please do not proceed if you do not comply with both those requirements. No purchase necessary. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these Contest Rules (the “Rules”). The Contest Sponsors are Vitess Bicycle Corporation (“VBC”) and Cleveland Clinic Canada (“CCC”).

–>Eligibility

To enter and be eligible to win any of the daily giveaways or the Grand Prize, a person must be over the age of majority in their province at the time of entry into the Contest and must comply with the Rules.
The following people are not eligible to enter the Contest: a) employees of VBC or CCC, b) immediate family members of employees of VBC or CCC, c) persons domiciled with employees of VBC or CCC, d) the employees and immediate family members of VBC’s or CCC’s advertising and promotional agencies and entities involved in the production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

–>How to enter the contest
The overall contest begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on July 9th, 2012 and closes at 11:59 PM ET on July 22th, 2012 (the “Entry Period”). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

The contest is made of A) six (6) daily giveaways and B) one (1) Grand Prize.

A) Daily giveaways

Each daily giveaway contest begins at 8:00AM Eastern Time (ET) and closes at 1PM ET, daily. Weekdays only, from July 13th until July 20th.
To enter the daily prize giveaway contests, visit us at the concourse level of Brookfield Place on July 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th or 20th; at 181 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, Canada. You can enter any and all of the 6 daily giveaways contests, but only once per day.
You will be asked to manually fill-up a ballot, which will require your first name, last name and email address.
Blank ballots will be available at our location in the food court, but might also be available at various locations throughout the downtown core.
If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than one time daily, all your entries will be void.

B) Grand Prize

The Grand Prize contest begins at 8AM Eastern Time (ET) on July 9th, 2012 and closes at 11:59PM (ET) on July 22nd, 2012.
To enter the Grand Prize contest, you can either:
1) Enter any of the daily giveaways contests – your manual ballot will be entered; if you entered more than one daily giveaway contests, only one (1) of your ballots will be entered,
2) Go to our landing page at www.vitess.com/LeTour2012atBrookfield, enter your first name, last name and email address in the proper fields and click on the “Click and Enter to Win” button
If you entered the contest via both manual and digital ways, we will use only one entry ballot. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than one time on our web platform, all your entries will be void.

–>The prizes are

The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged and have no cash surrender value in whole or in part. VBC and CCC reserve the right to substitute the Prizes or any portion thereof for the prizes of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, or for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, but at VBC’s and CCC’s sole discretion, a cash award.
Prizes will only be awarded to the person whose name and email address appears on the entry ballot – whether manual or digital.
VBC and CCC will not be held responsible for the loss of Prizes due to errors in completed entry forms or any other circumstances leading to an invalid, erroneous or incomplete email ad
