About my bike: She is fast and solid, since the initial demo ride I feel the word “effortless” coming to my mind each time I climb or surge to pass other, less fortunate, riders. I like the simple but gorgeous design, and each component seems to fit my body better than any bike I had before.

I am very familiar with the “automotive” theme of Julien’s business model, love his entrepreneurship and share his pride in finally having such a bike manufacturer in Ontario.
Riding style
While I cannot define myself as a racer, I used to take long rides in the Italian Alps during my youth. I had to forgo the sport when I started traveling the world but, finally landed in Canada, I rediscovered the long weekend rides with friends and the “need for speed”. Longer and faster rides required better training and better equipment and I could not find a better bike than my Vitess. I am now looking forward to introduce her to my native Alps!.
Mini-bio
Born and raised in Torino, Italy. Trained as an Engineer and MBA, I worked in Italy, Mexico, the USA and Canada in various C-level positions in large and small companies in the Automotive and Cleantech industries. After almost 9 years as CEO of the world’s largest supplier of magnesium castings, I switched to solar power and I have been heading an innovative Toronto-based firm that specializes in production of solar grade silicon for the photovoltaic industry. Happily married to my high school’s sweetheart, we are raising 3 young men passionate for all sports and excellence. Skiing and sailing are my other passions.
